Also, I cant remember if under sound realtek is even there, what if it doesn't show anything but the Nvidia drivers. ive gone onto nvidia website and installed latest drivers for the graphics card and still i have no sound.. YOU (or someone else who has access to the computer) must have disabled the onboard sound deliberately. this contact form
I uninstalled AMD HD Audio completely and it has not reinstalled so far. I will warn you though that the realtek drivers install is about as long as installing Windows.
