Ipod Touch 3g Internal Speaker Not Working

I do happen to expect more from speakers in the laptops and they are not getting better imo. If you are unhappy with it take it back and try another one. Sign in to report inappropriate content. I have reboot the iPod, but the iPod will only play through external devices. weblink

This is the opposite problem - the speaker stays on when you plug in headphones. B&S engine runs great for 10 min... I'd say they're about the same, iphone a tad better maybe. I was able to press the menu button and the center button at the same time for a few seconds and the problem was fixed . . .

Finally just started wheeling the sound backwards and pushing center button, sound disappeared, Apple symbol came up, quickly unplugged earbuds and plugged them back in and now it's fine. I just started happening after I had used my Touch 3G for several months with no problems. Autoplay When autoplay is enabled, a suggested video will automatically play next. All the sound came through the earbuds, none through the speakers. I had the same problem with sound coming out of the speakers regardless of whether the earbuds were in or not. Does anyone have any other fixes, or suggestions to keep this from happening?
