Instead of helping someone you put them down. Settings->General->Reset (scroll down)->Reset Network settings I was having to do that daily to get mine connected to wifi for awhile.... its wifi for ipod touch and iphone ? Changing the channel always lets the iPod connect immediately. if your ip address on the current ipod that is giving u the "invalid argument" then the ip address is wrong cause it shows up as a 162 i think and let it sit for a few minutes..
