Browsers & Mail My Windows Explorer is not working properlyI'm using windows 7 ultimate version 6.1 ,wen i start my computer it logon but after nothing is displayed, only blank screen I'm helping my neighbor who is running Internet Explorer 8 on a laptop with Vista, and I don't know if the problem is with Vista or IE8. I believe I deleted my default "Links" folder in my C:\Users\(UserName) folder by accident when cleaning it up, and don't know if restoring that (somehow) will hold the key to my I don't know if it is a problem with IE8 or Vista or the two together.
