Had ground rod connection added to my electric panel, should old ground to copper water pipe be disconnected? Did not have the enter key problem but it was so slow compared to the IE8 I have and in comparison to google chrome it was twice as slow. If I re-click that icon to "Switch Editor to WYSIWYG Mode" the Enter key stops working again.
